Hugo Guillen is the proud owner of a locally trusted roofing company with a passion for durable, high-quality metal roofing solutions. With years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, Hugo combines expert craftsmanship with exceptional customer care to protect homes and businesses with long-lasting roofs built to withstand the elements. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Hugo leads every project with a personal touch — ensuring every client feels confident and supported from start to finish.
Debbie is a native of Arizona with 39 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry. She began her career through a work program during her senior year of high school and, after graduating, continued to build her expertise while working for a construction supplier and several roofing companies.
Debbie spent 20 years with Paul Rich Roofing, where she gained extensive knowledge in both roofing operations and business management. During that time, she also worked closely with the other future owners of Re-Vamp Roofing & Construction, LLC. Her dedication, leadership, and hands-on approach naturally led to the opportunity to become one of the company’s owners.
With decades of industry experience, Debbie’s goal is to treat every project as if it were her own — ensuring work is completed correctly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction remains her top priority on every job, from start to finish.
